What now?

5 days post-marathon activity:

– day 1: none

– day 2: none

– day 3: none

– day 4: none

– day 5: none

5 days post-marathon diet:

– day 1: meatball sandwich (I am a vegetarian)

– day 2: six pieces of pizza

– day 3: ice cream sundae

– day 4: skittles and tofu (ahhhh…tofu, I am back on track)

– day 5: two cookies, two toffee bars (OK…maybe ‘back on track” was a bit premature)

Was planning to run tomorrow, but may just take one more day off and start again on Sunday 😉
